The Praed Foundation is a public charitable foundation focused on improving wellbeing through personalized, timely and effective interventions. Its work is closely connected to TCOM — Transformational Collaborative Outcomes Management — and to a growing set of tools used by helpers, families, agencies and organizations.
The website needed to do more than explain the organization. It also needed to organize a large amount of practical material, including manuals, forms, FAQs, training information and resources connected to tools such as CANS, ANSA, FAST, RISE, CAT and SSIT.
The Work
I built and organized the site in WordPress with a strong focus on making technical and training material easier to find and maintain.
The project included structuring information around the Foundation’s TCOM tools, organizing downloadable manuals and forms, and creating clearer paths for different audiences looking for resources, training information and support. The site also incorporates location information, resource sections and connections to external training and related TCOM content.
Because the Foundation maintains a substantial library of reference material, document organization was an important part of the project. The goal was to keep that information accessible without making the site feel like a collection of disconnected files.
Result
The finished site provides the Praed Foundation with a centralized resource hub for its organization, tools and training ecosystem.
Visitors can move from general information about the Foundation into specific TCOM tools, manuals, forms, areas of focus and additional resources, while staff have a WordPress-based structure that can continue growing as new material is added.
