Website Help
Something broken?
I’ll fix it.
Broken page, weird layout, WordPress error, plugin problem, domain issue, slow website—or something you can’t quite explain. Show me what’s happening and I’ll help figure it out.

Common Website Problems
Does this sound familiar?
You don’t need technical words, just tell me what is happening.
My website looks broken
Something moved, disappeared, stopped loading, or just doesn’t look right anymore. Desktop or mobile.
WordPress is giving me trouble
Errors, update problems, plugins, themes, admin problems—or something changed and you’re not sure why.
Something stopped working
Forms, checkout, buttons, menus, email, tracking or an integration that worked yesterday.
I don’t even know what’s wrong
That’s completely fine. You don’t need to diagnose a technical problem before asking someone to fix it.

How It Works
You don’t need to know what caused it
You don’t need to diagnose your website before asking for help. Tell me what you’re seeing, what you expected to happen, and anything that changed recently. I’ll start there.
01
What’s happening
Send the page, screenshot, error, or explanation. You don’t need to diagnose it.
02
I figure out what’s wrong
I’ll investigate the website and the stuff around it to find the likely cause.
03
We decide what to do
If it’s a straightforward fix, I’ll tell you what it takes. If it’s something bigger, I’ll explain the options.
Fix or Improve?
Sometimes a fix is just a fix.

Quick fix
Sometimes something simply broke. A form stopped sending, a page looks wrong, an update caused an error, or something disappeared.
If the problem is isolated, I’ll repair it without turning it into a bigger project.
There’s more going on
Sometimes the immediate problem reveals an older theme, bad hosting, plugin clutter, security issues, or something else worth addressing.
I’ll fix what’s urgent and explain what else may be worth improving.
Not every broken website needs to be rebuilt. If I can fix the simplest sensible solution, that’s where I’ll start.
What Happens Next
Once I see the problem,
we’ll know the best way forward.
Not every website problem needs the same solution. Most fall into one of these three paths.
Quick fix
If the problem is clear and relatively small, I’ll tell you what I recommend and what it will cost.
Needs investigation
If the cause isn’t obvious, we’ll start by diagnosing it instead of guessing and changing random things.
Bigger than a fix
Sometimes a “small problem” exposes something larger. I’ll explain what I found and whether fixing, improving or rebuilding makes more sense.

Let’s figure out what’s wrong.
You don’t need a perfect explanation. Send me the website and tell me what’s happening.
